Gulati, which is best known for its great North Indian, Mughlai, Hyderabadi and Tandoori cuisine, has recently hosted an elaborate buffet lunch to offer a new experience to the taste buds of food connoisseurs. The buffet had 25 varieties of dishes. It is usually not surprising that people wait for long hours to dine in this restaurant, which also speaks volumes about its taste and authenticity.  

 

The story of Gulati’s journey began way back then in 1959 from a modest little dhaba, with simple wooden benches and tables, which has today transformed into an elegantly ornated Fine Dining Restaurant, known for its great North Indian, Mughlai, Hyderabadi and Tandoori cuisine. The journey still continues. In the quest for creating a better dining experience, Gulati was remodeled totally with fresh new and tasteful interiors in 2013 that enhanced the flavors of the food served to its clientele. The look is spacious and warm and much appreciated by all.

 

With an extensive and lavish menu spread over a hundred and seventy five exotic recipes, it is a discerning foodie’s delight! Starting with the all time favourite Butter Chicken, voted as the best in town by many polls, The Dal Makhani, Burrah Akbari, Kakori Kebab, Murgh Malai Tikka, Hyderabadi Dumpukth Biryanis, Veg Galouti Kebab, Dahi Kebab and Malai Kofta Punjabi are just a few of the mouth watering items on the menu. The food is cooked with passion, traditional herbs and spices passed down the centuries, redolent with aromas that tingle the taste buds.
 

Gulati, also endeavors to explore new ideas cooked in different flavours, the Restaurant was the first, over 28 years back to celebrate the nine-day Navratra Food Festival, which is still celebrated every year, serving pure vegetarian Navratra Menu, as is cooked in millions of Indian homes without Onion and Garlic, and even serving Fasting Navratra Food. Apart from this yearly festival, there are many more that have been organized by them, such as the Biryani Festival, The Kebab Festival, The Hyderabadi Festival, The Tawa Festival to name a few.
