Restaurant India News: ITC Hotels Signs New 140-Room Luxury Property in Patna

ITC Hotels Limited has signed definitive agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL) to manage a new luxury hotel in Patna, marking a significant expansion of its luxury portfolio. The 140-room property is part of Bihar’s tourism development initiatives and was awarded to KIHPL through a competitive government bidding process, with ITC Hotels finalised as the operator.

Spread across 1.5 acres, the upcoming hotel aims to set new benchmarks for luxury accommodation and dining in Bihar. This project adds to ITC Hotels’ established presence across major Indian cities including New Delhi, Gurugram, Agra, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
