He presently is mentoring many Food and Beverage destinations and creating comprehensive and innovative F&B offerings. Shatbhi Basu runs her professional bartending academy, STIR, has run her own show on mixology and has even authored a book on the subject. She was recently felicitated by Hon’ President of India - Ram Nath Kovind, as "First Ladies" for being the first in their respective fields.

Shatbhi Basu added, "As the bar consultant at Empresa, I bring my vision for The White Charcoal by extending the food philosophy to the drinks. I've helped with designing the working bar, creating their signature cocktails and mocktails menu, listing the alcobev brands and curating the wine menu. To ensure the ethos of the philosophy reaches the customer, I've trained the bartenders, upgraded their mixing skills and trained the service teams too. We've made a menu we're truly proud of, with elegant elements from the Indian flavor profile, and a beautiful wine menu that complements the Indian food palate.
