Le Cirque reopens in The Leela Palace New Delhi, its iconic Franco-Italian fine dining destination. One of the city’s most celebrated culinary landmarks, and recognized among the World’s 50 Best Discovery restaurants, Le Cirque makes its grand return with a refreshed space, evolved menu, and immersive dining experience that balances legacy with innovation.

The new Le Cirque reaffirms its philosophy—food as timeless art. The Franco-Italian menu marries classical elegance with modern flair, featuring signatures like Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, Lobster Ravioli “Le Cirque,” 40-layer NZ Lamb Lasagna, Salt-Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the iconic Mille-Feuille à la Vanille. For the first time, Le Cirque now welcomes guests for lunch à la carte, while evenings transform into a theatre of taste with curated five- and seven-course degustation menus. 

A dramatically reimagined wine program complements the experience, with temperature-controlled cellars, intimate tasting tables, and rare vintages curated by the in-house sommelier. The interiors reflect a quiet theatre of luxury—plum-and-gold accents, sculptural lighting, rich wood, and plush textures—leading guests through elegant wine corners, a grand dining room, and exclusive private spaces.

The reopening was marked by exclusive four-hand collaboration between former Head Chef Diego and current Culinary Head Chef Vashisht, symbolising a passing of the baton and Le Cirque’s renewed commitment to blending tradition with modern creativity.
