The first Neapolitan sourdough pizza pioneer, Si Nonna's, is excited to announce the opening of its first outlet in Surat, Gujarat. This is a major step towards introducing a hint of Naples to the center of Surat.
Visitors can observe the chefs creating the restaurant's signature dish, Sourdough Pizzas, which include the highly-anticipated Pizza No. 3, which perfectly combines mozzarella, Kalamata olives, and capers. In addition to pizza, there are robust panuozzos on the menu, such as the mushroom and bell pepper panuozzo, which is a savory treat with homemade pesto.
A variety of crisp salads, crispy fries, and mouthwatering sides enhance these staples. A range of iced teas and coolers from Si Nonna are available as drink alternatives. Customers can savor Tiramisu, Affogato, and a variety of gelato flavors, including Belgian Dark Chocolate and Sicilian Pistachio.
"We are incredibly thrilled to bring Si Nonna's to Surat. Our new restaurant is aimed at introducing our unique Sourdough Pizza offerings & more to the people of Surat. We are confident that Surat will embrace sourdough pizzas with great enthusiasm. Our goal is to create an experience that goes beyond just food: we want to offer a little piece of Naples right here in Surat,’’ commented Ayush Jatia, the visionary behind Si Nonna's.
Si Nonna's Surat outlet is a modern ode to the Italian style and is dedicated to utilizing the best, freshest ingredients possible in its dishes. From the imported Kalamata olives to the Pelati (tomato sauce) and Fior di latte mozzarella, each component is hand-picked with care. Each dish is elevated to new heights by the restaurant's housemade mushroom cream, cherry tomato confit, and hot chilli oil. All of this culminates in a distinctive menu that perfectly expresses Naples.
