Celebrity chefs launch restaurants
The Capital has witnessed the setting up of two restaurants by well known chefs including Akira Back’s at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi and Aldo Zilli at The Ashok.
The hallmark offerings at Back’s restaurant include seared foie gras, tosaka and spiced litchi honey. Meanwhile, Zilli sold his outlets in London and Dubai, and is optimistic of the growth opportunities here.
