Masala Library now in Dubai
Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra is all set to begin its operations in Dubai at Radisson Royal Hotel. The restaurant will serve pan-Indian food with an Arabic twist.
Zorawar Kalra, MD, Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, said, "We plan to begin our 100 seating capacity Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra restaurant with a 1500 sq ft bar in Radisson Royal Hotel in Dubai by the middle of next month. The trial run will begin soon.”
The restaurant will have local flavour and use of local ingredients in the menu.
Soon they are going to start in London and New York and is likely to finalise the terms for raising USD 8.5-10 million from a venture capital fund.
