Mad Doh, the Mumbai-based vegetarian Italian dining destination, has officially launched its second outlet in Bengaluru, marking a significant milestone in its expansion journey.
Located in the vibrant Whitefield area, this new outlet brings the brand's signature sourdough Neapolitan pizzas, hand-rolled pasta, and artisanal bakes to the city's discerning food enthusiasts.
Founded by Chef Bobby Patel, Mad Doh debuted in Mumbai's Kalidas Sports Complex in Mulund West, quickly gaining popularity for its authentic Italian offerings tailored to vegetarian and Jain diets.
By February 2025, Mad Doh had set its sights on opening three outlets in Bengaluru, with the Whitefield location being the first to launch.
The Whitefield outlet offers a vibrant lively Amalfi vibe taking you straight to the heart of Italy with a Live kitchen & Traditional Brick Oven stealing the spotlight. Not just this but the ambience is adorned with Italian lights, Amalfi furniture, Italian theme crockery & much more that evoke the warmth of an Italian trattoria.
Diners can indulge in a variety of dishes, including their signature gut Friendly & 70% hydrated sourdough Napoli Pizzas, whole wheat thin crust Rust pizzas, Hand Rolled Pastas like Fettuccini, Canneloni, Rigatoni, Pumpkin Gnocchi in sage Butter sauce, Lemon Ricotta Ravioli Pasta, Sourdough Focaccia Sandwiches, Cheese Boards, and small plates like Arancini Log, Calzones & also their hand-stretched artisanal stuffed Garlic Breads. Desserts like Tiramisu and Apple Crumble Pie provide a perfect finish to the meal.
Chef Bobby Patel, who also co-founded the multi-cuisine vegetarian restaurant Thyme & Whisk, has been instrumental in Mad Doh's growth. With a culinary background certified by City & Guilds London, she has infused her passion for plant-based, vegetarian, and vegan cuisines into both brands. Under her leadership, Mad Doh has expanded to four outlets in just 1.5 years, with plans for further growth in cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune.
