Chowman, Kolkata’s one of the leading Chinese restaurant chain, has opened its first dining outlet in Mumbai, located in the bustling destination of Andheri West.
After receiving a warm welcome in Mumbai through its cloud kitchen in Powai—Chowman is now set to elevate the dine-in experience of the city with its signature blend of authentic Chinese flavors and cozy ambiance.
“After the encouraging response to our Powai cloud kitchen launch back in February, we’re thrilled to finally offer a full Chowman dining experience to our patrons. Known for its vibrant crowd and buzzing food scene, Andheri West is the perfect place to begin this journey. We look forward to becoming a part of the city's incredible culinary landscape,” shared Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director of Chowman.
Spread across 1000 sq. ft. of dining space, this marks a new chapter in the Chowman’s journey. Staying true to its ethos of the “Democratization of Neighbourhood Fine Dining”, the Andheri West outlet offers an inviting, culturally rich atmosphere inspired by traditional Chinese aesthetics and warm, intimate interiors.
The new restaurant brings Mumbai’s diners a diverse and indulgent Asian menu—featuring favourites like Chilli Prawns, Crispy Fried Crab Wontons, Double Cooked Crispy Chilli Fish, and Pan-Fried Chilli Mushrooms. For mains, Chowman presents a delightful spread including Kung Pao, Khao Suey, and signature rice and noodle preparations such as Seafood Fried Rice, Chilli Garlic Noodles, and Shanghai Meifoon.
Chowman was founded in 2010 and today it has grown into a brand known and trusted among pan-Asian dining. Currently, it has over 36 outlets spread across India.
