Spice Tailor Sauces Going Coles
Spice Tailor Sauces Going Coles

The Spice Tailor sauces will arrive in Coles supermarket shelves from 8 July, 2013, (Monday). Chef Anjum Anand planned on introducing the range hoping that Australians will fall in love with The Spice Tailor sauces and opt for a Punjabi Tomato Curry over a Pad Thai.

Chef Anand, who cooks sauces in traditional Indian style, said, “I grew up eating and cooking Indian food. I love it and I wanted to make it easier for more people to enjoy delicious and healthy home-cooked Indian cuisine.”

Speaking on the occasion, she further added, “I like to have a little bit of honesty in my food. So I want it to have some heritage. I’ve brought out some proper regional heritage of India so I have got Keralan curry, Mangalore curry and Punjabi tomato curry.”

Mr. Stuart Gregor, Owner, Liquid Ideas, launched the Spice Tailor sauces a day before and hosted a lunch in his home where chef Anand cooked up a banquet with her range of sauces. The Spice Tailor sauces will be available exclusively on the shelves for just $4.99 RRP.
