Shangri-La Eros New Delhi introduces a series of authentic regional cuisines in collaboration with Chef Pin.
The talented home chefs will take over the regional counter at the hotel’s international cuisine restaurant, Tamra.
Chef Pin is a leading platform for home chefs, offering healthy home-cooked meal options to people who love pure authentic home-cooked food. The chefs will be presenting their specialties for four days, covering a variety of regional cuisines.
“Authentic Marwadi cuisine is closest to my heart and I am trying to bring back age-old, heritage recipes. My inspiration is my mom-in-law who held my hand, taught, and guided me in my journey as a chef,” added hoem chef Surbhi Bhandari.
The Marwadi delicacies are available during the lunch and dinner buffet at Tamra. The lunch buffet is priced at INR 2,650 plus taxes and the dinner buffet is priced at INR 2,900 plus taxes per person.
