Restaurant India News: Wow! Momo Raises $8.5 Mn in the Ongoing Series Round

Quick service restaurant chain Wow! Momo has raised Rs 75 crore (around $8.5 million) in its ongoing Series D round, led by 360 ONE with participation from Kyrush Investments.

The fundraise comes three months after the company secured Rs 85 crore in debt from Stride Ventures, taking its total Series D funding to over Rs 650 crore.

Regulatory filings show the company’s board approved the allotment of 7,837 Series D6 CCPS at Rs 95,699 per share. Of the total, 360 ONE invested Rs 70 crore, while Kyrush Investments contributed Rs 4.99 crore. The deal pegs Wow! Momo’s post-money valuation at $315–320 million, according to Entrackr estimates. The funds will be used for expansion, working capital, and general corporate needs. Post-allotment, 360 ONE Portfolio holds 2.53% and Kyrush Investments 0.18% in the company.

Founded in 2008 by Sagar Daryani and Binod Homagai, Wow! Momo operates 700+ outlets across 70 cities under brands such as Wow! Momo, Wow! China, Wow! Chicken, and Wow! Kulfi. The company plans to scale to 1,500 outlets in 100 cities over the next three years, while also expanding its FMCG vertical to Rs 100 crore and strengthening its HORECA business.

According to data from TheKredible, Wow! Momo’s operating revenue grew 13% YoY to Rs 470 crore in FY24, while losses stayed flat at Rs 114 crore. The FY25 numbers are yet to be reported.
