Himmaleh Spirits launches Hudka, India’s First Himalayan Vodka in Uttarakhand.  Crafted from pure Himalayan Spring water and locally grown sativa rice, Hudka is more than just a vodka—it’s a soulful tribute to the rhythm of life in the hills. Himmaleh Spirits, a family-run craft distillery in the Kumaon foothills, Hudka reflects a deep-rooted farm-to-bottle ethos. Known for its terroir-driven creations like Kumaon & I gin, Neoli rum, and Bandarful cold brew liqueur, Himmaleh crafts additive-free spirits using traditional copper pot stills and native ingredients.

With Hudka, the distillery introduces its boldest expression yet—vodka with origin, craft, and cultural resonance at its core. “India’s vodka market touched US $1.26 billion in 2024 and continues to grow at a projected 7.8% CAGR through 2030.
