Happy Milk, the Bengaluru-based organic dairy brand, has expanded its product portfolio by introducing Mishti Doi, made from organic milk from its farm.

Priced at Rs 120 for a 400g pack, the product is packed in traditional mud pots. Mishti Doi is nutritionally rich in protein and does not contain any chemicals or preservatives.

Mishti Doi is available on Daily Ninja, BigBasket and Amazon, and also for home deliveries and in stores. When stored in ambient temperature, the product has a shelf life of 10 days from the date of manufacturing.

Founded by Mehal Kejriwal in December 2017, Happy Milk began with a small dairy farm near Tumkur, bringing farm-fresh, ready-to-drink milk in glass bottles that were entirely untouched by human hands to Bangaloreans.

Currently, the dairy has 14 products in 22 SKUs (stock-keeping units), including homogeneous and pasteurised milk, ghee, curd and paneer (cottage cheese).
