The Mix by the BrewMaster is organising Lohri Food Festival at its outlet.
The customers can soak in the spirit of Lohri festival and enjoy a true Punjabi feast at the restaurant from January 09 till January 18, 2015.
The nine day festival will host a delectable variety of Punjabi food from soups till desserts.
The offerings will be available only during Dinner (7:30pm to 11:30pm).
The meal for two will cost around Rs 1, 200/- plus taxes.
Some of the delicacies includes soups like Subziyon aur Nimboo Ka Shorba (Exotic vegetable soup delicately flavoured with lemon with fresh mint leaves) and Gosht aur Bhuna Lahsun Shorba (Mutton nalli simmered reduction with roasted garlic and Indian spice).
The restaurant will serve innovative starters such as Zimikand aur pudiny ke kebab (Yam patties flavoured with home ground spices and fresh mint leaves) and Murgh mirch kebab (Griddled suprems of chicken marinated with chillies, mint and yoghurt). Talk of Punjabi food and no Sarson ka Saag.
