The recently renovated Sura Vie by TYC at Connaught Place unveils the Grand Buffet Lunch to take food connoisseurs through a delightful gastronomic expedition with over 50 dishes from world.
The menu has been carefully designed by Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s Team of experts, led by Master Chef Saurabh Saxena who heads Sura Vie Kitchens and Operations.
The buffet also features delectable food prepared live at the Pasta and Dim Sums counter.
One can choose from the traditional favourites from around the world like Steam Breads, Middle Eastern Mezze Station, Classical Salads, Nostalgic Grills, Ludhianvi Bheeja Kulcha or explore the exotics like Gosht Dalcha, Oriental style stir fried smoked chicken, their specialty Lulla Mussa Dal, Safed Murgh Korma, Fish in lemon butter, Shaadi Wala Paneer and more; with the menu varieties changing every day.
The entire buffet menu has been prepared with best of ingredients and using methods where use of oils and fats are lowest; where healthy food is the prime focus with special steam, grill and munches sections on highlight.
“The main idea that came to me while designing the menu was to bring an unforgettable experience to our diners. We want to invite our patrons on a culinary journey that encompasses the familiar as well as the experimental cuisines and give them the opportunity to sample the world on a platter with classical and innovative varieties Featuring a wide choice of lip-smacking and innovative dishes from global cuisine, the sumptuous spread is divided under the following sections,” said the chef.
The buffet lunch also includes exciting offers on alcohol priced at Rs 777 plus taxes per person.
