Food Service India Pvt Ltd (FSIPL), a key player in India’s B2B food solutions market, has expanded its beverage offerings under the Marimbula brand with the introduction of three new syrups: Jallab, Aam Panna, and Kala Katta. These additions are aimed at strengthening FSIPL’s seasonal portfolio for hotels, restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens across India.

The move reflects FSIPL’s strategy to address demand for functional and ethnic beverages within the Indian hospitality industry. The three new flavors are designed with distinct regional and seasonal preferences in mind. Kala Katta brings a gourmet interpretation of the street-style kala khatta gola, catering to consumers seeking nostalgic flavors with elevated quality.

While the primary focus remains on the B2B channel, FSIPL is also targeting the consumer segment through the Marimbula brand. A retail line of syrups in 250 ml packs has been introduced with a wide selection of flavors including Jallab, Red Velvet, Mojito Mint, Blue Curacao, Watermelon, Green Apple, Saffron Cream, Hazelnut, Peach, and Vanilla Cream. These products are available through Amazon, other quick commerce platforms, and select offline stores.
