Funduz Burgers and Vada pav is inspired from contemporary flavour of Mumbaiya VadaPav to traditional modern varieties of the humble VadaPav creating its national and global footprints. Its vision is to make the ethnic Indian food into a standardized hygienic snack delectable in taste. Funduz Burgers and Vada pav is innovating and investing in technology around products maintaining its yummy taste and creating variety providing "Quick Food, Good Cheers and Happy Times" for all customers.

It has two formats of store- small format typically between a take-away and small sitting between 125-250 sq ft and large format cafe' between 350-650 sq ft. A 250 sq. ft. small format store has 10-12 people sitting space and larger format have 20-30 people enjoying their meal.

Funduz Burgers and Vada pav range of products includes the traditional VadaPav and ‘more than VadaPav’ delightful modernized choices like the Spicy Masala, Green Corn, Mix Veg, Crispy Aloo, Masala Paneer, innovative range of Chef Choices, options of finger food, variety of scrumptious burgers, other innovative range of delicious food prepared with utmost hygienic and highest food quality. It also includes specialized beverages like Cocoa delight, favourite for youngsters.

The restaurant is design by Synergy Designs, Poonam Mandal and Kaushik Manadal. “We have our designer team from UK. The outlets are aesthetically designed and come up with grace depicting all the angles in a very nice way”, said Vibhor Nuwal, Owner at Funduz.

The design elements includes Led Acrylic signage outside the store, glowing lollypop, shop branding, furniture, counter, partition, down lights, false ceiling, LED Menu Board and backend kitchen in stainless steel.

The outlet is plan by architect team and has a uniform look across all new outlets, furniture, flooring, tiling, etc and all is done as per the architect designs via on-ground operational team.

The budget for 1200-1300 per sq ft outlet is approx. Rs.2.5 Lakh for interiors and also kitchen equipment which includes computer, printer and software.

“Usually evenings are high traffic hours” said Nuwal.
