Shamsher Ahmed has been appointed as Chef De Cuisine for Kangan at The Westin Mumbai Garden City. Ahmed has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Ahmed has studied Hospitality Management from Lucknow. His prior assignments include Indian Master Chef, Kangan at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park; Sous Chef at Marriott ICC Convection Centre, Pune and Rang Mahal Restaurant in Singapore.
