Merlot & Co. has opened its doors to Jaipur with a high-octane, located in the heart of Jaipur, in an aesthetic heritage building. Designed by an ace architectural firm with a European touch, the restaurant celebrates the rich culinary heritage of world cuisine.

With its varied tapestry of international cuisine, sophisticated flavors, and outstanding hospitality, Merlot & Co. is enhancing Jaipur's dining scene. The restaurant has brought together a superb team of chefs, each with their own unique culinary specialties, to bring genuine international delicacies to Jaipur. Having worked in the profession for more than 14 years and receiving training from Michelin-starred Chef Aldo Zilli, Chef Vikash Kumar will showcase his expertise in European and Pan-Indian cuisines, reimagining traditional dishes with creative methods. 

While Chef Ram Singh Bisht will emphasize fresh, premium ingredients in his hallmark Italian dishes while demonstrating his prowess in menu planning and kitchen management. Chef Himanshu Sharma, a pastry and bakery expert with over five years of experience, will present his reimagined Italian and French cuisine, emphasizing his mastery of sophisticated French techniques. He formerly worked at ITC Fortune under a Michelin-trained chef.

Merlot & Co.'s trademark international treats promise an immersive dining experience. Every meal, from freshly baked bread baskets to creamy truffle mushroom risotto and artisanal, hand-tossed pizzas, is expertly prepared.
