Di Bella to Expand in India

Di Bella is all set to expand its store in Tier-II and Tier-III cities by opening two stores in Pune and Dehradun likely to open in next quarter. The chain also plans to increase its pan-India presence by opening stores in Delhi, Bangalore and Chandigarh in the next two or three years and also expand its presence in Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Sachin Sabharwal, managing director, Di Bella, said, “The Indian retail coffee market is growing at a rapid rate. We are the first coffee chain in India to introduce a cross-platform mobile application giving our customers convenience at their fingertips. The application will allow customers to locate their closest Di Bella coffee outlet, invite a friend for coffee, get loyalty rewards (via QR code), learn about specialty coffee-growing regions, and order their favourite Di Bella Coffee anywhere and anytime.”

“Di Bella also consciously practises direct trade, which works on the principle that businesses voluntarily do the right thing”, he added.

“Di Bella – which has ten outlets in Mumbai and two in Hyderabad since its foray into the Indian coffee market in 2012 – is not only just another coffee house, but it is also socially responsible for its duties towards the environment. Di Bella Coffee is committed to tap the potential of differently-abled people and integrate them into the the national economic system and the productive workforce,” mentioned, Mr. Sabharwal.
