Amira Foods expands footprints

Amira Nature Foods Ltd, one of India’s global branded rice providers has opened eight distribution centres in India to capitalise on the extensive growth opportunities across both traditional and modern retail locations. The distribution centres were opened in major cities and towns including, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Zirakhpur, Punjab and Surajpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The company also plans to expand its centres by opening about 15 centres by the end of 2015.
