UMAK Hospitality, the umbrella company that owns and operates brands like The Great Kabab Factory, The Spice Factory, Indyaki and Superstars, has planned to expand globally.
The brand has over 20 outlets in India and abroad with The Spice Factory as the latest restaurant concept where gourmet Indian cuisine showcasing exciting flavours from different regions of India.
Ashna Kapur, VP- Brand Development Restaurants, UMAK Hospitality Pvt Ltd, said, “We are currently franchising these four restaurant brands pan-India and internationally. With the introduction of more restaurant brands offering varied cuisines and strengthening the existing chain of restaurant brands, we aim to set up at least 50 outlets pan India and internationally.”
