Keen Mustard Ventures has expanded its hospitality portfolio with the launch of Heyou, a new social dining and drinking destination that opened on MG Road, Bengaluru, on 12 June 2026. Designed as a contemporary hospitality concept, Heyou combines a drinks-focused bar, an all-day dining format, and a two-level guest experience tailored to evolving urban consumption patterns.
The launch adds to Keen Mustard Ventures’ growing portfolio, which includes Daysie, Serious Slice, Quarter House, Suzy Q, and 1Q1. Founded by Anirudh Kheny, Neeti Gokhalay Kheny, and Atul Sunder, the company has focused on developing hospitality concepts built around distinct guest experiences, food and beverage innovation, and operational scalability.
Anirudh Kheny, Managing Partner and Co-founder, Keen Mustard Ventures, said, "Heyou is created as a place people can return to again and again, whether it is for cocktails, dinner or an easy evening out. We wanted to build something approachable, energetic and welcoming, with great food, great drinks and an atmosphere that encourages people to stay, connect and enjoy themselves. The best hospitality experiences are the ones that feel effortless. With Heyou, our focus has been on creating a place that combines quality with accessibility and delivers memorable experiences without taking itself too seriously."
The concept has been structured around modern social dining habits, with food and beverage menus designed to complement different stages of an evening. The beverage programme draws inspiration from drinking cultures across cities such as Seoul, Singapore, Melbourne, London, Barcelona, and Mexico City. The cocktail selection includes signatures such as Red Room, Southbound, Umami Club, Ring My Bell, Coconut Ash, and Kokum Silk, alongside non-alcoholic options and group-focused serves.
On the food side, the menu spans multiple cuisines and formats, allowing guests to move from light snacks and shareable plates to more substantial meal options. Key offerings include Firecracker Garlic Edamame, Burrata Papdi Chaat, Chicken Xiao Long Bao, Char Siu Pork Open Bao, Tandoori Garlic Prawns, Wild Mushroom Chow Fun, Tiger Prawn Pad Thai, Japanese Cheesecake, and Salted Caramel Churros.
The venue is spread across two levels. The lower floor operates as Heyou Bar, a 21-and-over walk-in space focused on beverages and casual social gatherings, while the upper floor houses Heyou Dining, catering to families, larger groups, celebrations, and extended dining occasions.
Designed by Nativity for Keen Mustard Ventures, the interiors focus on flexibility and adaptability, allowing the space to transition from daytime dining to evening social experiences. With Bengaluru’s hospitality market continuing to evolve, Heyou represents the company’s latest effort to create a format that combines dining, beverages, and social interaction within a single destination.
