Restaurant India News: Dvara Opens in Kailash Colony, Expanding Delhi’s Premium Nightlife Market

Delhi’s hospitality and nightlife sector has welcomed a new entrant with the launch of Dvara in Kailash Colony. Positioned as a premium bar and dining destination, the venue has been developed around a design-led hospitality model that combines food, beverages, entertainment and curated guest experiences.

The new outlet has been designed to cater to changing consumer preferences, where guests increasingly seek experiential dining and nightlife formats rather than conventional bar concepts. With a seating capacity of 45 and total accommodation for 125 guests, Dvara aims to balance an intimate setting with a social atmosphere.

The venue features multiple spaces designed for different guest occasions, including a private Cigar Privé Room, a central bar-focused area, lounge seating and an outdoor balcony section. The layout has been structured to support both casual gatherings and evening social experiences.

The food and beverage offering focuses on Asian-inspired cuisine alongside a cocktail program featuring contemporary interpretations of classic drinks. The menu includes dishes such as Prawn Tom Yum Golgappas, Asian Ramen Chaat, Chong Qing Chicken, Truffle Mushroom Dim Sums, Katsu Curry, sushi selections and shareable small plates. The beverage program includes signature cocktails such as Peru Picante, Thai Pornstar, Punch Berry LIIT and Ward 36.

Dvara has been co-founded by Tarun Kapoor along with Natasha, Ujval and Shlok Ahuja, the team behind Zariya by Dal Samarkand. The founders have developed the concept around a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates elements of hospitality, design, entertainment and lifestyle.

The venue will also feature a rotating calendar of curated experiences, collaborations and music programming spanning electronic, house, hip-hop and international genres. According to the company, the concept has been designed to evolve through thematic programming and changing guest experiences throughout the year. With its launch in Kailash Colony, Dvara joins a growing segment of hospitality businesses focused on experience-led nightlife and premium dining formats.
