An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai, Chef Sinha's passion for culinary arts began during his education and has since led him to hold significant roles in renowned hotel brands such as Oberoi, Taj, and Premier Inn. His tenure as a Cluster Head Chef at Premier Inn Doha showcased his ability to blend Middle Eastern and European cuisines, creating memorable dining experiences that highlight his adaptability and culinary innovation.

Indore Marriott Hotel is all set to launch its new open-air Indian restaurant 54 Praangan on April 27, 2019. It is an open-garden restaurant with a live interactive kitchen and a green environment at scheme no. 54.

The restaurant utterly justifies its name 54 Praangan, as ‘Praangan’ is a Sanskrit word for ‘aangan’ which means open area. 54 Praangan will give you the nostalgia of having fun and enjoying with family in your aangan.

Vivek Kalia, Executive Chef, Indore Marriott Hotel says, “54 Praangan is a speciality Indian Restaurant that offers classic aromas with a contemporary take, rooted in age-old traditions. The exotic delicacies from the northwest frontier to Awadh are served under open clear skies. Marriott International unveiled Marriott Bonvoy, a new unified brand name for its loyalty program. The move comes following the major cyber attack that led to a data breach of the millions of customers.

Marriott Bonvoy will be the new unified loyalty brand name and will replace the three legacy loyalty brands – Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG). Marriott Bonvoy will launch on February 13.

“Marriott Bonvoy marks an evolution in travel because it represents more than a loyalty program,” said Stephanie Linnartz, Global Chief Commercial Officer, Marriott International. “Marriott Bonvoy is a travel program designed to bring to life our extraordinary portfolio of global brands in 129 countries and territories, while also providing endless inspiration for members to keep traveling and pursuing their passions.”

Linnartz further added, “Represented by a simple, bold and modern logo, Marriott Bonvoy is welcoming and optimistic. Our 120 million members have access to the world’s leading hotel portfolio at the best room rates and member benefits, as well our collection of Moments experiences that bring exploration and discovery of the world to the forefront.”

The Marriott Rewards Moments and SPG Moments will become Marriott Bonvoy Moments from February 13 and will feature approximately 120,000 experiences at 1,000 destinations available for purchase or by redeeming points.
