Guests can indulge in signature dishes and seasonal highlights that include succulent Herbes De Provence Lamb Chops, tantalizing Five-spiced charred pork belly, and flavorful Sea salt and sage-rubbed Steaks, alongside other tempting offerings. Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad has introduced a new dining venue, Bella Aroma, offering guests a culinary journey through the diverse flavors of the Mediterranean. The restaurant and lounge feature a menu inspired by the traditional cuisines of Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Turkey, and Morocco, blending authentic tastes with contemporary culinary techniques.

The concept for Bella Aroma was born from a collaboration between Chef Marco, a specialist in Mediterranean cuisine, and the in-house culinary team at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad. Their shared enthusiasm for Mediterranean flavors led to the exchange and refinement of authentic recipes, which now form the core of Bella Aroma's offerings. The restaurant aims to bring the essence of Mediterranean dining to Ahmedabad, reflecting the rich culinary heritage of the region.

The offerings highlight the diverse culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, with seasonal and promotional menus that introduce fresh ingredients and regional specialties, ensuring a dynamic dining experience.

Subhajit’s culinary expertise ranges from specialization in European, Asian to North Indian cuisines. He is a master of curating exclusive food festivals and ensuring the highest standards of quality while keeping the food cost under the budget.

Subhajit has earned many accolades to his merit, including the award as best team member from Times for Pre-opening for OGCC. He is also been awarded by HHI “Best Cost saver of the year 2015”.

An industry expert, Sumit Sinha holds an experience of more than 28 years in the hospitality industry converting strategic vision into measurable results.

As the Director of Food & Beverage, he will be responsible for heading and managing the F&B operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. He will also be supervising the daily operations of the kitchen, designing menus, developing new recipes and training the culinary team at the hotel. A driven professional, Sumit Sinha is extremely passionate about enhancing customer experiences and achieving operational excellence with his team.

Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, Sumit has worked with brands like Taj and DLF Golf Resorts. Lately, he was working on an overseas assignment as a consultant, based out of Kuwait.

He has completed his education from IHM Bangalore. Sumit is an ardent animal lover and passionate about nature.

The card is available to those who are validated as students with a college ID card and the age limit is up to the age of 25years.
