Bangs to Expand to 500
Bangs has plans to open 500 outlets across the country in the next five years, of which 100 will be company-owned while the rest will be franchise outlets. The company targets to have 180-200 outlets across the country by next year. The company is also planning to open its outlets overseas. The first outlet would be opened in Doha (Qatar).
Chennai-based QSR chain Bangs Hospitality India is planning to raise R20 Cr through private equity to finance the setting up the company-owned outlets.
Founded by Mr. Asvin Simon, Bangs Hospitality is India's first domestic spiced flavored fried chicken brand which came into existence in Chennai in the year 2009.
