Si Nonna’s has expanded its presence in the capital with the launch of a new outlet in Connaught Place, marking a key milestone in its Delhi NCR growth strategy. Located in the Marina Building, the opening brings the brand’s total count in the region to six outlets, alongside a recently launched unit in Dwarka.

The brand, positioned around traditional Neapolitan pizza-making practices, operates as part of the world’s largest AVPN-certified pizzeria network, aligning its processes with established global standards. Its entry into Connaught Place reflects a strategic move to establish a presence in one of Delhi’s highest footfall dining hubs.

Si Nonna’s has built its proposition around 24-hour fermented sourdough bases and hand-crafted pizzas, supported by a mix of imported and locally sourced ingredients. The format also incorporates an open kitchen setup, allowing customers to view preparation processes. In addition to standard service, the outlet includes an interactive element where guests can participate in pizza-making by working alongside chefs, selecting ingredients and preparing their own pizzas.

The menu extends beyond pizzas to include items such as Panuozzo sandwiches, focaccia, gelatos, and tiramisu prepared with mascarpone and espresso-soaked savoiardi. Beverage offerings include kombucha, seasonal coolers, mango-based drinks, and matcha variants, aligning with summer consumption trends in the region.

The expansion highlights the continued growth of specialised international cuisine formats in India’s urban dining markets. Brands are increasingly focusing on authenticity, experiential dining, and product differentiation to attract repeat consumers.
