Restaurant India News: Marriott Brings Autograph Collection to India with NoorMahal Launch, Adds 19th Brand to Portfolio

Autograph Collection Hotels, part of Marriott International, has entered the Indian market with the launch of NoorMahal, Delhi NCR Karnal, Autograph Collection Hotels. The 176-room property marks the debut of the brand in the country and becomes the 19th brand under Marriott Bonvoy in India and the 235th hotel in South Asia.

Located along the Grand Trunk Road, the property has been positioned as a heritage-led hotel offering a mix of traditional design elements and modern hospitality infrastructure. The hotel is owned by Col. Manbeer Choudhary, Mrs. Binny Choudhary, and Kr. Roop Partap Singh, and represents a strategic collaboration with Marriott International.

The hotel features 176 rooms and suites, including premium offerings such as penthouses with dedicated services. Interiors combine traditional Indian design elements with contemporary layouts, targeting both leisure and corporate segments.

Food and beverage operations include four outlets with a mix of regional and international menus. These include a North-Western frontier-inspired restaurant, an all-day dining venue, a bar format, and a dessert-focused outlet. The property also offers wellness and recreation facilities such as a spa, fitness centre, outdoor pool, and activities including tennis, pickleball, ziplining, and rock climbing.

The hotel has developed large-scale event infrastructure with over 300,000 square feet of event space, including indoor venues and outdoor lawns, positioning itself as a destination for weddings and large gatherings in North India.

The property is located on NH44 and is accessible from Delhi, Chandigarh, Ambala, and Ludhiana, with proximity to major airports and rail connectivity.
