Restaurant India News: Brookfield Properties Launches Paytey South Indian Kitchen at Ecoworld Bengaluru

Brookfield Properties has expanded the food and beverage offerings at Ecoworld with the launch of Paytey - South Indian Kitchen & Wine Room at The Bay at Ecoworld, located in the Bellandur area of Bengaluru. The restaurant marks Paytey’s first outlet and adds to the dining mix within the mixed-use campus.

Positioned as a restaurant focusing on regional South Indian cuisine, Paytey introduces a non-vegetarian menu that highlights traditional dishes from across the southern states of India. The concept pairs regional recipes with Indian wines and wine-based cocktails, creating a dining format designed for office-goers and visitors within the business district.

The restaurant operates from 12:00 noon to 11:30 pm and plans to rotate menu offerings with daily specials. The current menu includes dishes such as Mutton Biryani, plated South Indian thalis, Chilly Chicken, Mutton Liver Fry and Mutton Chops, reflecting regional cooking styles and home-style flavours.
