Restaurant India News: The Fern Hotels & Resorts Signs The Fern Residency Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Residency Gorakhpur in Gorakhpur, further expanding its portfolio in North India. With this addition, the hospitality group’s pipeline of operational and upcoming properties in the region has reached 21. The property will be developed in partnership with Bliss Resorts & Club and will operate under The Fern, Series by Marriott platform. The hotel is expected to open by mid-2026.

The upcoming hotel will feature 55 rooms and suites along with multiple dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and lounge café and a dedicated vegetarian restaurant. The property will also include event infrastructure such as a conference room and two banquet halls, targeting both corporate and social gatherings. Additional amenities will include a gym, swimming pool and in-house salon.
