Restaurant India News: Bharat Hospitality Launches Albert Pinto at Ithum Galleria, Greater Noida

Bharat Hospitality has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Albert Pinto at Ithum Galleria Mall, Sector Alpha II, Greater Noida. The opening marks the entry of a Goan-Portuguese themed dining format in the city and represents a strategic step in the company’s expansion roadmap. The brand positions the new outlet as a cinematic, narrative-led restaurant concept rather than a conventional casual dining space.

Spread across 3,300 sq. ft., the Greater Noida restaurant is designed around structured storytelling, with interiors, service, and menu development aligned to reflect Goan and Portuguese culinary influences. Located within Ithum Galleria, the outlet allows Bharat Hospitality to establish a presence in a growing mixed-use destination that combines commercial offices, retail, and lifestyle consumption.

Bharat Hospitality continues to focus on reviving regional Indian cuisines that face the risk of dilution or decline. Through Albert Pinto, the company presents Goan and Goan-Portuguese food traditions using documented recipes and modern kitchen execution, positioning heritage cuisine within a contemporary dining framework aimed at urban consumers.

Manish Khattar, Founder, Bharat Hospitality, said, “Albert Pinto reflects our larger purpose, protecting India’s culinary heritage while presenting it in a way that resonates with today’s audiences. Bringing the first Goan-Portuguese dining experience to Greater Noida is about more than expansion; it’s about storytelling, craftsmanship, and keeping regional flavours relevant for the next generation. As we expand across India and overseas, our focus remains on building brands that are emotionally rooted, culturally honest, and globally competitive.”

Founded in 2023, Bharat Hospitality operates multiple dining concepts including Baraamda, Shuddham, Albert Pinto, and Social Cues. The group is currently executing a Rs 50 crore+ growth plan with a target of launching more than 50 outlets over the next three years across Delhi-NCR, Goa, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and select international markets such as Dubai and Thailand. Albert Pinto is expected to scale through a combination of FOCO and COCO operating models, with 10 outlets planned as part of the next phase of expansion.
