Each concept showcases specific cuisines, such as flame-grilled European chicken, hibachi-style noodle cups, and the popular Ghee Podi Benne Dosas. The buffet lineup includes over 50 dishes, from Indian kebabs to stir-fried oriental appetizers and international barbecues. Live counters bring interactive elements, featuring specialties like Old Delhi Papri Chaat, complemented by a wide range of handcrafted drinks.

A Vision for Hospitality Excellence
Inderjeet Singh Banga and Jasmeet Banga, directors of Biggie Restaurants Private Limited, have established Pirates of Grill as a well-recognized name in India’s dining scene since opening the first location in 2009. “Good food, good experience, and good pricing have been our mantra,” notes Jasmeet. This focus on quality and accessibility has led to rapid expansion across cities such as Gurgaon, Noida, and Chandigarh.
Currently serving nearly 5,000 diners daily with a team of 1,000 employees, Pirates of Grill’s success reflects the Banga brothers' emphasis on guest satisfaction and product quality. Looking forward, the Bangas aim to further elevate their hospitality offerings, committed to growth in both customer experience and operational excellence. As Inderjeet observes, “Success lies in enhancing guest satisfaction, employee well-being, and product quality for holistic growth.”
