Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli has introduced a new range of Chinese and Schezwan dishes to the menu of Mrs. Mage, its open-air poolside restaurant. Known for its diverse offerings, Mrs. Mage continues to evolve by adding these oriental-inspired dishes to its globally influenced cuisine. The restaurant is built around the concept of a fictional traveler whose adventures inspire each dish on the menu, and the new selections reflect her most recent journeys.
“We are excited to introduce this new chapter in Mrs. Mage’s culinary journey,” said Yogendar Pal, Executive Chef at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli. “Every dish on our new menu tells a story of Mrs. Mage’s travels, blending the vibrant, spicy flavors of oriental cuisine with delicate nuances that reflect her global adventures.”
The new menu includes dishes such as Mrs. Mage Chilli Pork, Gosht Reshedaar kebab, Chitta butter chicken, Rampuri raan, and Szechwan peppercorn tiramisu. These additions showcase a blend of tradition and innovation, providing guests with a fusion of spicy, tangy, and savory flavors.
“Our goal was to introduce something fresh and exciting while staying true to Mrs. Mage’s world-traveling narrative," added Chef Pal. "By incorporating the bold, robust flavors of oriental cuisine, we’ve crafted dishes that offer both familiarity and a sense of adventure."
Mrs. Mage’s setting, featuring pet-friendly outdoor seating, complements the new menu. The poolside atmosphere, highlighted by evening lights, makes it a suitable venue for a variety of dining experiences, from casual dinners to family gatherings.
