CYK Hospitalities Expands Asian Fusion Dining with Phomo in Jalandhar

CYK Hospitalities, a consultancy specializing in end-to-end solutions for the food and beverage industry, has recently launched Phomo, an Asian fusion restaurant in Model Town, Jalandhar. The project highlights CYK's expertise in creating innovative dining concepts tailored to India's evolving hospitality landscape.  

Phomo combines traditional Asian flavors with modern culinary techniques, offering a menu inspired by cuisines from Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, Japan, and Indonesia. Signature dishes such as Sushi Tacos—made with sushi-grade fish, avocado, and spicy mayo in crispy taco shells—and Korean BBQ Sliders with tangy kimchi showcase a balance between authenticity and innovation. The beverage menu also complements the dining experience with cocktails featuring unique ingredients like yuzu, Okinawa black sugar, and matcha, with options such as Yuzu Chuhai and Okinawa Smash standing out.

CYK Hospitalities provided a comprehensive range of services for Phomo, including concept development, menu creation, kitchen design and setup, staffing and training, procurement, and interior design.
