
For the first time in India, Burger and Lobster, the renowned seafood concept known for its focus on two ingredients, makes its debut in New Delhi with a pop-up at Grappa Bar, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, starting November 15, 2024. The brand, which has become a global sensation since its inception in London in 2011, will offer guests a chance to experience its signature dishes in an exciting new setting.
Founded by four friends with a simple yet bold concept to perfect just two ingredients—burger and lobster—Burger & Lobster has expanded worldwide, bringing its no-frills, high-quality approach to dining. Now, for the first time in India, food lovers can enjoy these expertly crafted dishes, highlighting the best of both ingredients.
Leading the culinary team for this pop-up experience is Chef Brian Bennet Chong, Corporate Development Chef at Burger & Lobster, who brings over 27 years of expertise to the table. He is joined by Chef Gagandeep Sawhney, Executive Chef at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. Together, they aim to deliver the brand’s iconic dishes just as they are served globally—vibrant, fresh, and full of flavor.
The menu includes crowd favorites such as the Mayfair Burger, featuring a 6oz patty with pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and the secret B&L sauce; the Lobster Roll, with chilled lobster meat, lemon mayo, and fresh chives; and the Classic Whole Lobster. For those torn between the two options, special combos for 2, 4, or 6 people allow guests to enjoy both lobster and burger in one meal.
In addition to the food, the pop-up offers a lively and laid-back atmosphere, complementing the chic ambiance of Grappa Bar. This collaboration blends the playful spirit of Burger and Lobster with the bar's refined setting, making it an ideal destination for a unique dining experience in New Delhi.
