The interior of Blabber All Day is designed by Umesh Desai, a designer known for his expertise in European-themed restaurants. The menu at Blabber is led by Executive Chef Lalit Chunara, who brings a focus on Pan Asian cuisine. The offerings include a variety of dishes, from Indian classics like Lamb Shank Nihari and Pindi Chole to international options such as Katsu Prawns Bao and Vietnamese Pho. The menu also features wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pasta, and a selection of dim sum. Desserts include All Time Chocolate Mousse and San Sebastian Cheesecake, providing a well-rounded dining experience.

Blabber’s cocktail menu is designed to complement its food offerings, with options like the Thane Tango, a blend of kaffir lime, tequila, and ginger beer, and the Masakali, which mixes gin with fizzy mava soda. The menu also includes classic cocktails like the Cosmopolitan and Espresso Martini. A highlight of the beverage menu is the personalized 'Drink-Me Coffee,' where guests can upload an image to create a customized cappuccino or latte.
