BaaMee All Day Eatery and Bar has opened its doors in Mumbai, offering a distinctive dining experience that combines modern retro design with global progressive cuisine. Spearheaded by Yezdi Irani and Saikot Chaki, BaaMee aims to deliver a memorable culinary experience through a high-energy bar and a unique, contemporary atmosphere.

Yezdi Irani, known for his innovative approach to hospitality, brings extensive experience and a commitment to creating engaging dining environments. Alongside him, Saikot Chaki, with his background in culinary arts and restaurant concepts, complements the vision of BaaMee.

As the first of six planned locations in major metro cities, BaaMee's design is influenced by the Memphis style, featuring bright colors, geometric shapes, and bold patterns. This design approach, developed by Jabali Mehta, Sachin Ladi, and stylist Vishakha Thakre, incorporates elements of Art Deco, futurism, and Pop Art.

The restaurant's entrance is marked by an Art Deco-themed theatre signage, and the lobby is decorated with vibrant, custom artwork. The interiors showcase a range of vivid colors and patterns, including blue bar counters, red bar backdrops, and pink walls, alongside dynamic features like monthly rotating framed posters. These elements contribute to a lively and ever-evolving ambiance, making each visit unique.

BaaMee’s menu offers a diverse range of dishes inspired by global flavors, prepared with innovative techniques. Notable breakfast items include Black Velvet French Toast and Avocado Benedict. The menu also features distinctive non-vegetarian mains like Kolkata Mutton Stew, Bundt Ghost, Parinda Main Parinda, Kerala Style Moilee with Seafood Timbale, and Marak (Yemeni Traditional Lamb Soup). Vegetarian options include Roasted Aubergine Steak with Miso and Tahini, Baked Bharwan Aloo Makhani Reduction with Green Peas Tortilla, Banana Blossom Shami Kebab, and Kache Khaital Ke Kacchi Pulao.

Desserts include the Red Blood Orange Brownie with Grapefruit Crème and Sachertorte with Caramel Ice Cream, each crafted to offer a sophisticated balance of flavors.

The bar program at BaaMee features a range of unique cocktails such as The Pink City, Adams Café by the Bay, Blushing Beauty, Burning Obsession, and Wood Pecker, alongside clarified cocktails like Nebula Nectar and Danny D. The bar is designed to provide a high-energy yet classy atmosphere, making it suitable for various occasions, from casual brunches to business meetings and family gatherings.

BaaMee's vibrant and dynamic environment, coupled with its innovative menu and bar offerings, aims to set a new standard in dining experiences.
