Ajay’s QSR Celebrates 10 Years of Expansion and Success Across Gujarat

Ajay’s, a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain, marks its 10th anniversary, celebrating a decade of delivering high-quality and affordable food across Gujarat. With 165 outlets spread across 42 cities, Ajay’s has established itself as a reliable destination for value-driven meals.

Founded in Navsari in 2014, Ajay’s expanded its operations to Surat in 2015, marking its first move beyond its hometown. The chain achieved a significant milestone in 2022 by opening its 100th outlet and is now focusing on further expansion. Ajay’s plans to extend its presence beyond Gujarat into Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan by next year, to begin pan-India operations by 2026.

We have stayed true to this vision over the past decade, and it is incredibly satisfying to see how we have grown from a single outlet in Navsari to all major cities across Gujarat. Ajay’s has also made significant contributions to entrepreneurship, creating over 150 franchise partners who operate its outlets. Each outlet generates 3-4 jobs, creating more than 600 jobs across its stores and over 175 positions at its manufacturing facility in Navsari. This state-of-the-art facility, which includes bakery, dairy, and frozen food production units, ensures consistent quality across all Ajay’s outlets.

Founded by the Solanki brothers, Jaideep and Ajay, Ajay’s has grown from a single outlet in Navsari into a major player in the QSR industry. The brand, known for its cold coffee, burgers, and pizzas, now sells over 20,000 burgers and 15,000 cups daily, setting new standards for taste, hygiene, and value in the QSR sector.
