Absolute Barbecues (ABs), a prominent name in India’s buffet dining sector, has opened its first all-day dining restaurant, Fulfil, in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar. This initiative blends buffet dining with a dedicated à la carte menu, catering to diverse preferences and aiming to enhance the dining landscape in the hospitality industry in India.

Fulfil offers seating for over 100 diners in a contemporary and inviting setting, making it suitable for both casual and special occasions. The restaurant operates daily from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM, providing lunch and dinner buffet options alongside a curated à la carte menu. Designed to meet a variety of dietary preferences, Fulfil’s menu includes both signature dishes from Absolute Barbecues and new creations.  

The pricing strategy aligns with Absolute Barbecues’ commitment to offering quality dining experiences at competitive rates. Delivery and takeaway services are also set to be introduced in the coming month to cater to modern dining habits.  

The launch of Fulfil is part of Absolute Barbecues’ strategic plans to diversify its offerings. It serves as a pilot project for future expansion, with Bangalore slated as the next city for this concept.
