As we work towards doubling our sales in the next few years and expanding our restaurant footprint with 300 new locations, our teams working tirelessly to bring this vision to life. It isn’t just about expansion; we’re also working towards enhancing our offerings and deepening our brand relevance.”

He also mentioned that the brand will also focus on integrating channels and touchpoints into a single platform.

“90% of businesses struggle to execute their strategy. This is not because the vision isn't strong, but because daily actions don’t align with long-term goals. Wendy McGuinness highlights that successful strategy only happens when purpose, planning, and execution come together,” he added.

For his vision 2027, Jatia also want to focus on south India, smaller towns and drive-thru as key areas for expansion.
