Restaurant India News: Total Environment Hospitality Appoints Chef Suresh Venkataramana as Culinary Director

Total Environment Hospitality has announced the appointment of Chef Suresh Venkataramana as Culinary Director. In this role, he will lead menu strategy, culinary innovation, and kitchen operations across the company’s hospitality portfolio, which includes Windmills Craftworks and Oota. Chef Suresh will collaborate closely with brand, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all outlets. He will report directly to Ashish Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Total Environment Hospitality.

With over 28 years of experience in India and abroad, Chef Suresh brings a strong background in fine dining and kitchen management. His international experience includes a decade in the United Kingdom, where he worked in hotel and restaurant kitchens and trained under Michelin-starred chefs. During this time, he honed his expertise in menu design, culinary precision, and team leadership.

Chef Suresh has a long-standing association with Total Environment Hospitality. Between 2013 and 2018, he served as Executive Chef at Windmills Craftworks in Bangalore, where he contributed to developing multiple outlets and refining menu operations. He was also instrumental in launching Oota Bangalore and later served as Director of Culinary Operations at Windmills Craftworks, Dallas.
