The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the reopening of Riverside, its Pan-Asian restaurant located along the River Sal. The venue returns with a refreshed design and a renewed culinary approach, reflecting the brand’s commitment to evolving its food and beverage experiences while maintaining its signature standards of service.

Riverside’s new concept blends refined Asian dining with a calm riverside setting, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces designed to complement the natural surroundings. The restaurant invites guests to explore Pan-Asian cuisine through a menu that draws inspiration from the street food culture and culinary traditions of Southeast Asia.

The updated menu features an array of dishes such as Spicy Garlic Edamame, Butter Garlic Sichuan Tiger Prawns, Pan-Seared Char Siu Pork Bao, the signature Riverside Chicken Clay Pot, and a refreshing Homemade Wasabi Yuzu Sorbet. Each dish is crafted to balance authentic regional flavours with contemporary presentation.
