Chef Abhijit Saha Opens ‘Rosmarino’ in Bengaluru

After the success of LYFE Farm to Fork Restaurant in Whitefield, Chef Abhijit Saha has opened his new restaurant, Rosmarino Neapolitan Pizza & Trattoria, at Carlton Towers in Indira Nagar, Bengaluru. The restaurant celebrates the flavours of Southern Italy and reflects Chef Saha’s love for Italian cuisine built over three decades.

At Rosmarino, guests can enjoy wood-fired sourdough pizzas, garlic breads, and slow-cooked sauces that bring out rich, authentic flavours. The menu features a mix of traditional Southern Italian dishes and a few favourites from other regions of Italy; all made with local and artisanal ingredients.

Signature pizzas include Jay’s Ravello with caramelised onion and goat cheese, Prosciutto di Parma with stracciatella cheese, and Tartufo e Funghi with truffle salsa and mushrooms. The Sicilian garlic bread with sun-dried tomatoes and capers is another highlight.

There are also small plates like Asparagus & Blue Cheese Arancini and Fig, Salame Napoli & Ricotta Salad, along with handmade pastas such as Rigatoni with Lamb Ragu and Fazoletti with Black Truffle. For dessert, guests can enjoy Torta Caprese or Cannoli Siciliana with espresso or dessert wine.

The restaurant has warm lighting, wooden accents, and vintage Italian posters, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it’s perfect for long, unhurried meals. With Rosmarino, Chef Abhijit Saha brings back the charm of Carlton Towers and offers a dining experience that is simple, soulful, and full of authentic Italian flavours.
