Mumbai’s popular hangout spot THERAPY has opened its newest outlet in Kohinoor Square, marking the brand’s fourth location in the city after its successful outposts in Khar, Versova and Borivali. The expansion reflects the brand’s continued growth across key neighbourhoods in Mumbai.
Founded in 2020, THERAPY was created around the idea that people step out not only for food and drinks but also to unwind and connect. The concept blends café culture during the day with high-energy bar programming at night, making it suitable for work meetings, casual catchups and late-night gatherings.
The menu combines THERAPY’s popular dishes with a few neighbourhood-inspired additions. Chef specials include Crunchy Chickpeas, Peri Peri Chicken Tenders, Mezze Platter, Farmhouse Pizza and Boneless Gochujang Chicken Wings. The Dadar outlet also introduces local favourites such as the Vada Pav Slider, a hearty Misal Thali for lunch, and Thecha Paneer or Prawns, paying tribute to the bold flavours associated with the area.
The drinks programme continues the brand’s playful approach. Party pitchers include the Electric LIIT — a mix of vodka, rum, gin, tequila, lime juice, Red Bull and blue curaçao served with THERAPY’s signature rubber ducky. The Fishbowl LIIT range, including the Midnight Fishbowl made with blue pea–infused gin, tequila and blue pea flower, adds a dramatic visual element to the table. The Barman’s Peach Pitcher blends lager with vodka, white rum, gin, tequila, peach and cranberry juice, offering a beer-based cocktail option.
For craft beer enthusiasts, the beverage list features Hefeweizen, Apple Cider, Kokum Cider, Mexican Lager, Belgian Wit and German Lager, along with two rotating craft beers or ciders. The menu also includes an old-school cold coffee, adding a nostalgic daytime option to the all-day format.
Sharing his excitement about opening a new branch in Dadar, Rishab Verma, Founder, THERAPY said, “One of the most exciting aspects is seeing THERAPY expand beyond just nightlife and watching that vision genuinely come to life on ground. The intention is simple: someone should be able to walk in at 9AM and comfortably work, meet a friend, or spend a few hours and then walk into the same space at 9 PM and feel like they’re in a buzzing bar. This outlet represents a more mature version of THERAPY, without losing its playfulness.”
With the Dadar opening, the brand continues to expand its presence in Mumbai while staying true to its core idea — creating spaces where guests can walk in carrying the weight of the day and leave feeling lighter.
