The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Crescent The Fern Budhni, Series by Marriott, located in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. The signing marks a continued expansion for the group in North India, taking its total count of operational and pipeline hotels in the region to 21. The move reflects the company’s strategy to grow in emerging markets with improving infrastructure and rising travel demand.

The upcoming property will feature 82 rooms and suites designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is planned to offer modern accommodation supported by functional design and standardised guest services. Food and beverage facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant along with a bar and lounge café, targeting both resident guests and local demand. The meetings and events segment will be supported by one conference room and two banquet halls, enabling the hotel to cater to corporate meetings and social functions of varying sizes.

Located in Budhni, the hotel is positioned to serve a developing regional market that is witnessing increased economic and travel activity. Crescent The Fern Budhni, Series by Marriott, is scheduled to open in the first half of 2026.
