Restaurant India News: Sterling Opens Puri’s First All-Suite Boutique Hotel With Arka Suites Launch

Sterling Holiday Resorts has launched Sterling Arka Suites in Puri, positioning it as the city’s first all-suite upscale boutique hotel and expanding the company’s presence in Odisha’s coastal hospitality market. The new property is located within the same campus as the existing Sterling Puri resort but has been developed as a separate block with an independent positioning, while remaining operationally linked to the larger destination resort.

With this addition, Sterling has widened its room inventory and accommodation formats in Puri. The new all-suite block includes pool-facing private balconies across suites, larger room formats, and interiors that reference contemporary interpretations of Odisha’s Pattachitra art. The layout and design have been structured to cater to guests seeking more space and privacy, while remaining integrated with the services and infrastructure of the main Sterling Puri property.

This all-suite addition allows us to offer a more intimate, elevated stay while remaining seamlessly connected to the larger Sterling Puri ecosystem, giving travellers greater choice, space and depth in how they experience the city—whether for leisure, culture or longer, immersive stays.”

Food and beverage operations at Sterling Arka Suites are led by Solara, the in-house restaurant offering a menu with global formats and regional influences. Guests at the new property also have access to Amo Odisha, the Odiya speciality restaurant at Sterling Puri, extending the shared dining infrastructure across both properties. The combined offering is positioned to support destination-based dining demand from leisure travellers and group bookings.

The property also expands Sterling’s capacity for events and group functions in Puri, with flexible event spaces that can be configured for gatherings of more than 700 guests. In addition, designated cultural-learning zones and activity areas have been created to engage younger guests and family groups. The location, within driving distance of the Jagannath Temple and Puri’s beachfront, aligns the new inventory with established religious and leisure travel circuits.

With the addition of Sterling Arka Suites Puri, Sterling Holiday Resorts has expanded its destination-led accommodation formats within a single integrated resort environment, adding a higher-room-category option alongside its existing inventory in the city.
