Smoke House Café at Sky City Mall has introduced a revised beverage menu as part of its all-day café positioning, with a stronger focus on drinks-led consumption across different dayparts. The update reflects a shift towards making beverages a central component of the guest experience, catering to varied usage patterns ranging from short visits to extended stays.
The new menu is structured across multiple categories, including Signature Café Cocktails, Classic Cocktails, Matchas, Crafted Zero Proof Sippers, Sangrias, and Wellness Drinks. The format is designed to improve navigation while addressing a broad set of consumption occasions across age groups and time segments.
“What we’re seeing at the café is that it’s truly becoming a neighbourhood space where people from all generations drop in at different times, for different reasons. From a quick morning coffee to a relaxed afternoon catch-up or a more laid-back evening, what guests choose to drink plays a big part in shaping that experience. This menu is designed to support that flow of everyday offering, something for every mood, whether it’s a zero-proof option, a classic favourite, or a more indulgent drink, while keeping it easy, familiar, and welcoming,” said Vinod Shetty, Operations Head, Smoke House Café.
The beverage program retains existing signature cocktails such as Dope Martini, Fly Me To The Moon and Gin up, while adding new options including Green Apple Blossom, Dill With It, On My Mind and Tokyo Fizz. The classic cocktail segment continues to feature established options such as Picante de la Casa, Paloma, Mojito, Whiskey Sour, Bloody Mary, Old Fashioned, Negroni and Martini, maintaining a familiar base for regular consumers.
The menu also places emphasis on zero proof beverages, with offerings such as Cranberry Cold Brew, Indi Cold Brew, Lychee and Hibiscus Brew, Sunset Splash, P.K Lemonade and Kiwi Melon Fizz, aligning with demand for non-alcoholic options across demographics. The sangria range includes variants like Ruby Rosé Sangria, Smoky Orange Sangria, House Harvest Sangria, Melon Sangria and Pear and Apple Sangria, targeting group consumption and longer dwell times.
A wellness-focused segment has been introduced, featuring blends such as Morning Glow, Tropical Detox and Power Recharge, incorporating ingredients including spirulina, ashwagandha, granola and flaxseed. In addition, a dedicated matcha category includes options such as Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte, Matcha Coco, Zen Matcha and Iced Pista Choco Matcha Latte, reflecting increased demand for functional and globally influenced beverages.
The revised menu supports the brand’s all-day café model, with a focus on offering a consistent and adaptable experience across different consumption occasions, while aligning with evolving consumer preferences in urban café formats.
