Restaurant India News: Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad Appoints Priyanka Kumari as Assistant Director F&B

Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad has appointed Priyanka Kumari as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, adding to its leadership structure in the property’s food and beverage operations. The move reflects a continued focus on strengthening operational delivery and guest-facing services within the hotel.

Kumari brings over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to restaurant operations, guest engagement, and food and beverage management. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage functions across the hotel, with an emphasis on improving guest experience, driving efficiency, and supporting the positioning of the hotel’s dining outlets. Her responsibilities will also include working with internal teams on service delivery, dining concepts, and workforce development.

She started her career with Marriott International, followed by roles at Pullman Hotels and Resorts and Novotel Delhi as a Food and Beverage Sales Manager. She later worked as a Restaurant Manager at Taj Hotels. Most recently, she was associated with ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur, where she gained experience in luxury hospitality and guest-centric service operations.

In her current position, Kumari will lead initiatives related to service standards, staff training, and dining formats, with a focus on strengthening operational processes and customer engagement.
